Naik Infra was founded in 2026 by Siddharth Naik — not as a continuation of an existing business, but as a deliberate new chapter exploring fresh verticals in Maharashtra's land market: agriculture lands, farm plots, NA plots, farmhouses, and second homes.

What makes Naik Infra different from any other new venture is what came before it. Our family has been active in Maharashtra's real estate industry for over 38 years. Siddharth has been officially involved in the family business since 2015 — and part of it in practice long before that. The industry knowledge, the revenue department relationships, the ability to read land records and truly assess a parcel's value — none of that had to be learned from scratch.

Naik Infra exists because there was a clear opportunity in these specific land categories that deserved a dedicated, focused advisory — one with the depth of a decades-old family practice and the energy of a fresh start. Every property we present is personally visited, legally verified, and assessed before it reaches a client.
